安森美再度裁員 多家晶圓廠關閉陷危機？
 
體公司日前宣布，公司計劃裁員250名員工，這是之前宣布的開支縮減計劃的一部分。
       據安森美半導體網站資料，該公司在全球有20,000名員工。 安森美半導體在一份備案文件中表示，大多數的裁員將在第三季度末完成，相關的遣散賠償金將在1,100萬至1,400萬美元。另一個成本縮減計劃中透露，安森美半導體將取消多位資深管理層的年度獎金。公司表示，受宏觀經濟低迷和客戶下單保守趨勢影響，公司調整支出，取消高管獎勵來縮減成本。
      本月初安森美就曾宣布要裁員工，實現每年節省公司開支1,000萬至1,500萬美元。在今年第二季度，安森美半導體就曾經對2011年收購的三洋半導體部門裁員10%，去年安森美半導體宣布關閉三座位于日本的晶圓工廠和兩座位于泰國的后端封測廠。晶圓工廠在今年被關閉，而幾座后端工廠在2011年泰國洪災后就再也沒有開工過。
